Our Vision
The US Emerging Manager Institute wants to help build a new generation of asset managers, beginning with the creation and support of 30 new firms by 2030 (our “30 by 30” pledge).
We believe that the best of the next generation of alternatives managers will have diverse teams, deliver true and measurable impact and be regionally focused, and we want to help them on their journey.

USEMI Emerging Manager Summit
In September 2025, the Institute will host its inaugural BEMI Emerging Manager Summit, creating a space for GPs and LPs to connect, share insights, and attend a series of engaging talks.
